Appointment as Authorised Digium Reseller
VANCOUVER, BC, 10 May 2004 -- NetVOICE Communications announces
it has been appointed the first Authorised Digium Reseller in western
Canada. Digium is the developer of hardware and software components used
to build powerful telephony solutions such as office PBXes, Voice over
the Internet (VoIP) systems, and Interactive Voice Response servers.
Digium's unique architecture and Asterisk Open Source (Linux) telephony
software enables NetVOICE to deliver telephone systems at a much lower
cost than those using older architectures or proprietary approaches.
Traditional PBX systems usually cost about $1,000 per office extension.
