IP PBX Support for Asterisk and Linksys SPA9000netVOICE has many years' experience successfully deploying VoIP solutions and can provide you with the support you need to maintain your Asterisk, TrixBox, or Linksys SPA9000 IP PBX.
When it comes to support, one size cannot fit all -- netVOICE offers three different options for professional assistance to manage, maintain, and support your IP PBX or Virtual Private Asterisk Server. Option 1 -- Per Call Support, No ContractTechnical Support for customers without a contract in place: $200/hour (during normal business hours; $400/hour evenings/weekends, and $600/hour for night calls), minimum billing one hour per incident (over one hour billed in 0.25h increments), response time depends on contract customer demand. Option 2 -- Technical Support RetainerTSR customers select in advance how much time they think they might need each month (minimum committment 0.5 hr/month). Monthly commitment may be changed any time effective the start of the next month.
TSR committed hours: $150/hour, billable in 0.1 hour increments. Unused monthly commitment not carried over.
TSR customer issues are addressed before non-support customer requests. Support available during normal business hours. Emergency support (i.e. total system outage) available 24x7x365 but at a cost multiplier of 2x for evenings/weekends/holidays and 3x for night calls. Option 3 -- Total Coverage PlanTCP customer have phone and email access to technical support for their system and connected phones and Analog Telephone Adapters (ATAs). Support available during normal business hours. Emergency support (i.e. total system outage) available 24x7x365. Support includes emergency availability of replacement hardware (up to and including full PBX replacement if original equipment purchased from netVOICE) -- if defective hardware is still under warranty then there is no charge, if outside of warranty, then repair or replacement at current price). TCP is priced based on the number of extensions plus the number of trunks plus number of queues (called PBX Units below):
