Terms and Conditions for Product Sales
- The equipment sold by netVOICE communications is intended for use
by professionals familiar both with the equipment and with the issues
related to setting up networking equipment. Buyers are advised to make
themselves familiar with the detailed specifications for the products
ordered to ensure they meet desired requirements and that buyers know
how to install and configure the products they intend to purchase. Some
vendors (notably, Digium) provide some free support to assist with the
installation of their products. Unfortunately owing to the very competitive
nature of hardware sales and low margins we are unable to provide free
technical support for manufacturers' products. NetVOICE communications
is experienced with all the products we sell and can provide consulting
assistance at our standard rates upon request.

NetVOICE communications
is a Canadian Warranty Depot for all equipment it sells,
but customers must contact netVOICE *prior* to returning any equipment
for warranty exchange to obtain detailed instructions, shipping address,
and RMA number.
Equipment that is returned to our shipping location (instead of our
warranty/product return facility) or shipped without an RMA number will
be refused.
- Equipment returned for refund
must either be in resalable condition or qualify for warranty replacement
and must be returned within 15 days. There is a 15% restocking charge
for equipment returns.
- The shipping costs listed by our shopping cart may
include a handling fee.
- Our online shopping cart system will produce
an order summary which details the costs of all the items ordered and
the cost of shipping and handling. A printed version of this document
will be attached to your order. This is the only invoice provided.
If another invoice or special documentation
is requested, there will be a charge for staff time needed to provide
it.
- NetVOICE communications normally only ships to Canadian addresses.
Orders for shipping addresses outside of Canada require advance approval
and prepayment by wire transfer or bank draft drawn on a Canadian or US
bank. We advise enquirers to seek local suppliers in their countries.

NetVOICE communications reserves the right to refuse orders. Submission of an order
through our online shopping cart does not represent acceptance of the
order by netVOICE communications.
- Quantity
discounts are available for some product lines for quantities of ten or
more. Please contact netVOICE communications for a quotation.
- Orders placed through our online shopping cart system
may not be cancelled by the customer unless we are unable
to accept and ship the order within one week of order.
Orders cancelled after shipping will incur a 15% restocking
charge plus the cost of shipping and returning the product(s).
Orders cancelled before shipping will incur a 5% or
$10 cancellation charge (whichever is greater).
- While we will endeavour to ship all orders received
by 5pm Eastern Time the same day, we cannot guarantee shipping or delivery
dates, regardless of the shipping method specified when the product has
been ordered.
- While netVOICE communications endeavours to provide
accurate information on its website including but not limited to pricing,
specifications, product availability, and predicted product delivery dates,
we cannot be liable for errors or omissions.
- Prices and conditions subject to change without
advance notice.
